A few minor fixes and improvements
- when importing a landxml; Ezigrade was not automatically creating surfaces and contours
- if fields were too close together we could be losing section nodes - hence sections not correct
- deleting a section could leave extra points that were added along that section
- when clicking on reset for grid - the grid was not automatically getting displayed. You needed to redraw the screen
