Miscellanous fixes. (1) Fixed state plane to .ezigrade file for levelguide system (2) When creating an AGD file we can send over the displayed contours (3) When we are using a neighbouring UTM zone instead of the zone we are actually in. KML import now works and the background bitmap is displayed properly. (4) Background bitmap from Bing was slightly out in its alignment. Should now be lots better.
