Chainage - Offset report. Tidy up. Cursor now automatically goes to correct field. String segment selection now supported.

Chainage-Offset Calcs. Have included a clear button to empty the table of chainage,offsets.

When displaying string areas. In string - attributes there is now a tick box to display area in hectares or acres if appropriate.

String distances now displayed on screen in appropriate output units if different from the units stored in the database.

If database units and output units are different the following fix's were made

1. query dialog now shows in output units
2. instantanous eastings, northings bottom of screen now in output units
3. surround and lot listings now show heactares and acres if appropriate
4. minimum area now accepts input units
