When creating an AGD export we now have the option of exporting the data in a grid as well as just the original points picked up.

A few minor fixes and improvements

• when importing a landxml; Ezigrade was not automatically creating surfaces and contours
• if fields were too close together we could be losing section nodes - hence sections not correct
• deleting a section could leave extra points that were added along that section
• when clicking on reset for grid - the grid was not automatically getting displayed. You needed to redraw the screen

Importing shape files -> polygons. Nested polygons were not being imported properly. Now fixed.
