CDS 2.1.0.9 and CDSIMPORT 2.1.0.3

(1) You can now import data from GPS_AG pickup including latitude and longitude.
(2) Variable ascii read - you can now import latitudes and longitudes. There is a tick box on the 3rd page that renames east,north to longitude,latitude.
